Job description
Morgan Hunt is collaborating with a prestigious national regulatory body to find a talented Senior Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to lead and deliver high-quality analytical products. You will take ownership of producing one of the organization's official statistics reports and spearhead critical analytical projects.
Salary : £45,- 47, (for exeptional candidates they will pay up to £52, )
Location : Brighton, England (6 days a month in office)
Contract : Permanent

Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation makes evidence-based decisions.
You will:
4. Lead and manage analytic projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, managing expectations, and engaging multidisciplinary teams.
5. Support your direct reports in their projects, providing guidance, technical support, and career development assistance.
6. Proactively identify, design, and deliver complex data analysis to inform project delivery, including making actionable recommendations based on your analysis.
7. Utilize various programming languages to manipulate large, complex data sets and produce robust statistical outputs.
8. Independently deliver a range of analytical outputs in formats best suited to the audience, such as statistical models, time series analysis, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Requirements
9. Proficiency in R or Python, and Power BI or Tableau
10. Ability to evaluate data sources for suitability, reliability, and accuracy for analysis
11. Experience in handling big data and quickly understanding the structure of complex data warehouses
