Role Overview
The Corporate Growth Manager - Gaming (BDM) will support the VP of Growth in executing the company's expansion strategy. The focus will be on increasing market share, revenue, and customer engagement within the gambling industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust sales background, industry knowledge, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement growth strategies for the gaming vertical to meet sales and revenue goals.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and strategic partnerships.
3. Support the sales team to achieve high performance and meet targets.
4. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align initiatives.
5. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape for strategic insights.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
7. Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates.
8. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Candidate Profile
* Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and market insight translation capabilities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience supporting sales and business development strategies.
* Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competition.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
* Additional language skills are a plus.
