We are looking for a number of customer service advisors for our logistics client based in Nottingham.
We have both full and part-time roles available. These roles are permanent and you will be working directly for our client and not through the agency.
The role involves:
* Responding to customer escalations directly, contacting them via phone and email to understand the problem and obtain information needed to help them get their parcel.
* Empathising with and prioritising customer needs, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
* Building relationships and liaising every day with the Logistics team in the station to help get the best outcome for our customers.
* Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
* Monitoring customer deliveries in real-time for delivery success.
