As the HR Coordinator, You Will: Ensure seamless HR operations by coordinating processes for onboarding, probation, learning and development, and offboarding. Make a difference from day one by helping new employees feel welcome and supported, from induction through their journey with us. Capture valuable insights by conducting exit interviews, providing us with data to continually improve the employee experience. Manage essential HR documentation, including employment contracts and pre-employment checks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Be the go-to person for HR-related queries, working closely with the HR Advisors to resolve employee questions and issues. Keep records updated and compliant by maintaining accurate personnel files and HR systems. Support our teams by coordinating health and safety training, compliance measures, and assisting with employee travel arrangements. Help shape HR projects by supporting initiatives that improve HR processes and deliver functional support for business needs. Provide data-driven insights by compiling reports that help us make informed decisions about our people and practices. Stay ahead of HR trends and best practices, ensuring you are up to date with employment law and company policies. Requirements Previous experience in an HR coordinator or HR administrative role. Experience coordinating HR processes such as onboarding, employee relations, or learning and development is highly valued. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all records, reports, and documentation are accurate and up to date. Familiarity with UK employment law and HR best practices, with a commitment to staying updated on changes and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and internal stakeholders. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. A proactive and organised approach, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. CIPD qualification (Level 3 or higher) is desirable, but we also support those working towards it.
