Ability to work flexibly with other admin colleagues to ensure that workload pressures and absences due to annual leave and sickness are dealt with appropriately, by using available resources. Reception of clients/visitors/staff attending the Service. This involves a personalised approach displaying sensitivity and tolerance toward the individual. To assist in providing full clerical/secretarial support to all members of the department, including typing/word processing of letters, memos, minutes (taking notes and transcribing), client reports, appointment letters and other routine correspondence, which involves working to tight timescales and deadlines.
