Location: Office Base is London Broadcasting House - This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.

Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Projects & Change analyst to join the BBC Team.
Working within a portfolio, programme, project or a business area the Projects & Change analyst will carry out supportive analytical project management office (PMO), continuous improvement and/or change management activities.
The Projects & Change analyst will have knowledge and experiences of business and data analysis, portfolio, programme, project and/or change practices to provide insight and intelligence, and bring organisation to activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Research, analyse, and interpret complex data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate insights, ensuring effective information sharing.
* Identify trends, highlight key findings, and work with teams to address issues.
* Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and visual materials for a range of audiences.
* Lead project meetings and working groups, driving discussions and progress.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including developing and delivering training materials where needed.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and information management systems.
* Track actions and priorities, ensuring visibility and resolution of key tasks.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, aligning with overarching goals.
* Monitor risks, issues, and project data, escalating concerns as necessary.
* Scheduling and resource modelling for complex projects.
* Managing risk, financials, and benefits realisation.
* Interpreting data and generating insights to support key decisions.
* Manage the Stakeholder Log and Engagement Tracker.
* Support with cross-Programme communication planning.
* Develop and maintain the Change Landscape.
* Create audience specific Change Dashboards / MI.
Are you the right candidate?
* Experienced in supporting project delivery or business change management activities.
* Experience in documentation, system/data analysis and data interrogation in business process modelling, analysis and functional design.
* Ability to translate complex information into simple and easy to comprehend output (in a variety of formats: slides, papers, tables), appreciating the varied knowledge base of the audience.
* Confidence to work with multiple/senior stakeholders and tenacity to get what is needed in order to meet rigid deadlines.
* Excellent co-ordination and organisation skills - including the ability to coordinate reporting cycles, think ahead, prioritise and plan workload.
* Ability to work with data for reporting purposes and consider the wider use of that data.
* Demonstrable collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience of supporting multiple projects with complex structures and objectives.
* Experience in establishing and maintaining project and change artefacts.
* A can-do attitude and willingness to be adaptable and flexible.
