Working closely with the Partners and your colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure the practice correctly maintains data integrity and accuracy ensuring the practice maximises its income. Main duties of the job Responsible for undertaking a wide range of data inputting duties in support of the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, EMIS searches, QoF achievement, read coding information from patients clinical records, correspondence from other care service providers and other sources on the practice clinical system, adhering to policy and procedure, deputising for the Information manager.
