Your Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly face and voice of Harrogate Organics Company, providing outstanding support to our customers across various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting Customers: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and recommendations.
2. Order Management: Processing orders accurately and efficiently, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
3. Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting customer concerns and finding creative solutions to exceed expectations.
4. Product Knowledge: Mastering our product range and staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions.
5. Feedback and Improvement: Listening to customer feedback and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service or a related field essential – we value attitude and enthusiasm above all else!
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.

Duties:
1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and social channels.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns.
4. Utilise CRM systems to document customer interactions and update customer profiles.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary.
6. Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer inquiries.
8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
