Key Responsibilities:
6. Provide children 0-5 years old with top-notch care and educational opportunities.
7. Construct and carry out stimulating activities that advance growth and education.
8. Keep track of and document the development of the children, and give parents and carers comments.
9. Make sure every child in the nursery is healthy, safe, and happy.
10. Collaborate with coworkers to keep the environment welcoming and upbeat.
11. Encourage the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of every child.
Requirements:
12. Level 3 qualification or BA in Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
13. Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting.
14. Strong familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) concept.
15. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
16. Ability to foster good relationships with kids, parents, and staff while working as a team.
17. An enthusiastic and proactive approach to ongoing professional development.
18. Must provide 2 professional references.
19. Eligible to work in the UK.
20. Current First Aid certification (preferred).
21. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
