A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a CDP/Pizza Chef to join the Swan inn at Ascot's kitchen team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the kitchen, splitting your time between working in the beautiful garden pizzeria and the main kitchen when required. reporting to the head chef and general manager you will be given the support and knowledge to further your career in hospitality.

We are looking for someone ..
* With a positive can do attitude
* Minimum of 4 years experience working with fermentation, dough, pizza making is essential.
* Experience of working with different doughs (stretching, fermentation, sourdough)
* Has experience of working with wood fired ovens, ours is a Gozney Master
* Meticulous attention for detail and great organisation skills
* A passion for delivering amazing hospitality
* Must have own transport
