Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
* Managing a Customers case from start to finish
* Dealing with customer issues/ problems and providing a resolution
* Showing empathy to customers and a genuine want to help them
* Coordinating the resolution for the customer and proactively driving this forwards
* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure as speedy and efficient resolution as possible
* Using your dutch language skills to converse both written and verbally with your client
* Provide emotional support when needed for the customer to ensure they feel they are being "looked after"
Profile
The successful applicant will-
* Speak and write fluently in Dutch
* Be able to provide Customer service to clients, being polite, professional and helpful
* Be proactive and have a good attitude towards resolution
* Have good attention to detail
* Be confident when speaking to stakeholders
* Be able to work in Uxbridge
