Customer Service Administrator
Pallet Networks, Shepton Mallet
At Gregory Distribution, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who will be the primary point of contact for our Pallet Networks site in Shepton Mallet.
The position of Customer Service Administrator involves:
1. You will be required to work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole
2. Coordinating daily service reports, daily/weekly conference calls with customers, and using various internal/external IT systems.
3. Processing customer invoices and inputting invoice data on various systems.
4. Managing customer relationships and associated administrative duties, including answering all queries via email, phone, and face to face.
5. Production of KPI’s and daily statistics.
6. Investigating and resolving stock issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Liaising with the vehicle maintenance team and planning vehicle servicing and defect repairs.
8. You will be the main point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal teams, so strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
9. The job can be fast-paced and pressurised, but you will receive the support and training needed to be successful in the role.
Essential skills required for Customer Service Administrator:
10. Previous experience of working in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary.
11. Ability to communicate at all levels.
12. Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
13. Attention to detail.
14. Working to deadlines.
15. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
16. MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

17. Salary for Customer Service Administrator is between £24,pa to £26,pa, depending on experience.
18. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:30hrs – 18:30hrs.
