Customer Service Administrator

At Gregory Distribution, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who will be the primary point of contact for our Pallet Networks site in Shepton Mallet.
The position of Customer Service Administrator involves:
1. You will be required to work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
5. Assist in training new customer service representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
