At Cove UK we are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.

In this new role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Collaborating with creative and digital agencies with the support of Cove UK’s central marketing team you’ll lead the planning and development of all our digital marketing campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who can utilise booking and platform insight to refine and develop the campaigns to continually improve engagement and revenue growth across holidays and caravan sales. You’ll work with our digital agency to ensure campaign objectives and KPIs are achieved within the budgets set. You will use your brilliant interpersonal skills to communicate these learnings to the wider Marketing team.
Your responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (predominantly PPC, PMax and Paid Social) that align with Cove UK’s commercial objectives. Maximising KPIs at each stage of the guest booking funnel.
* Key day-to-day contact for our digital marketing agency, ensuring 100% alignment between them and our short- and long-term business objectives.
* Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with strategic SEO and CRO projects.
* Meeting stretching lead generation targets, finding the right audiences for holidays and holiday home ownership.
* Identifying and testing full-funnel communications with target acquisition audiences that resonate with our customer segments.
* Provide campaign timelines, allocate resources and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels including paid search advertising, email and paid social media.
* Collaborate with the central marketing team and creative agencies to produce engaging content and assets for each campaign.
* Monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure campaign objectives and KPIs are achieved.
* Support with the creation and scheduling of email campaigns.
* Run A/B testing to optimise campaigns and adjust future strategies to improve conversion rates.
* Proactively identify new marketing channels and tactics to experiment with to increase awareness, engagement and revenue growth.
* Assisting the Senior Acquisition and Digital Marketing Manager to brief key seasonal through the line campaigns.
* We work together as a team so you will also jump in and support other areas as and when required.
Let’s talk about your experience…
You’ll have a background in B2C marketing, preferably in a travel brand. You’ll demonstrate proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across a multichannel marketing mix. You’ll have a strong knowledge and experience in managing and optimising complex paid search, PMax, email and social media campaigns and the ability to think creatively with a focus on data-driven decisions. You will know how to interpret in-platform data e.g. from Google and Meta and how to transform it into useful insight that you can share with the wider business. You will have experience in briefing and working with media agencies. Experience with Dotdigital and Microsoft Dynamics is desired but not essential. Excellent communication skills is key along with strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
