As a Sales Coordinator, you support our sales team of Golf Travel Experts with the preparation and coordination of custom, small group, and cruise itineraries
While there is no requirement to do so, the Sales Coordinator role has proven to be an excellent training ground for those who wish to progress to a career in sales as a Golf Travel Expert with PerryGolf, typically within a 12 to 24-month period
Preparing custom tour itineraries utilising company software
Arranging client invoices and final travel documents
Gathering international air travel information from clients
Collating client notes and arrival & departure information for PerryGolf field staff including hosts, drivers and airport greeters
Knowledge of and/or interest in golf and travel considered a plus but not required
Experience working in office administration and following procedures
Confident user of Microsoft Office365 suite of products (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook in particular)
Compensation & Benefits:
