We are currently looking for an Assistant Business Centre Manager to join our friendly and passionate team at Matford Way, Exeter.
The Role
As an Assistant Manager you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Business Centre, ensuring agreed sales targets are met across the wide range of franchises. You will ensure that each customer receives exemplary customer service. You will oversee the business centre in the absence of the Group Business Centre Manager. For the right individual, this role provides plenty of opportunity for development.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales administration and contract management; establishing rapport and building a level of customer commitment.
* Identifying new fleet opportunities; working closely with marketing and colleagues throughout the business.
* Taking the lead on order processing, reporting and compliance.
* Supporting with lead generation and converting potential opportunities.
* Effectively managing team performance whilst working closely with the Business Centre Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
* Good financial and commercial understanding.
* A positive and forward-thinking work ethic.
* A proactive and organised approach.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.
* Experience and knowledge of vehicle sales, vehicle financing and leasing.
* Ability to focus both on customer and business requirements.
