As a Senior Agile Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for product development. Your primary responsibility will be to translate these requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. You will serve as a vital link between development teams, engineers, and other domain services to ensure alignment with product owners' vision and goals. Your responsibilities will include… Facilitate workshops to capture and analyse business requirements, documenting potential solutions and liaising with stakeholders. Refine user stories and break them down into smaller tasks, ensuring clarity and alignment with the overall vision. Support Lending Product Owners in prioritising backlog items based on business value and delivery constraints. Actively participate in agile ceremonies and identify areas for improvement to enhance product performance. Develop a deep understanding of business processes, procedures, and architecture. Ensure end-to-end traceability against quality standards and regulatory requirements. We offer a base salary dependent on experience and location between £63,000 to £75,000 and a competitive benefits package including: Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%. 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
