An exciting opportunity has opened up for an administrator to join a leading national investment management company at their London office. The role involves delivering administrative support to managers and directors while providing exceptional services to a portfolio of high-net-worth families and trust structures.
Responsibilities of the Investment Administrator include:
* Scanning, filing, and distributing incoming mail.
* Managing diaries and emails for Managers/Directors.
* Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense requests.
* Managing charitable grant requests and maintaining the grants database.
* Attending client meetings and taking minutes.
* Scanning and filing company documents within CCH systems.
* Entering data into CCH.
* Completing internal forms for new clients and closures.
* Maintaining safe records.
Requirements for the Investment Administrator:
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional time management abilities.
* Consistently maintains high accuracy and attention to detail, even under pressure.
* Minimum of A Levels or equivalent qualifications (Diploma, HNC, HND, etc.).
* Prior experience in high-volume administration within a regulated environment, such as financial services, accountancy, legal, or banking.
* Proficient in IT with strong skills in MS Office applications; experience with CCH is an advantage.
