A vacancy has arisen for an experienced registered nurse to work within the Surgical and Anaesthetics Research Delivery Team at the Golden Jubilee Research Institute.
The role provides the critical link between the research team and participants in research projects within the Surgery/Anaesthetics portfolio. In addition to specialist knowledge of ICU and Cardiac/Thoracic surgery in the clinical environment, applicants should have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Research Nurse Manager for Surgery/Anaesthetics and will work within the nursing and multi-professional team that supports the Colorectal surgery, Thoracic surgery, Cardiac Surgery and Anaesthetics portfolio of research projects.
37 hours per week over 5 days with an expectation of flexibility when required.
