Job Description
Due to continued growth, our Mansfield site is now recruiting for a Stock & Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis!
As a Stock & Systems Administrator, you will support the operation in the efficient handling of all administrative processes and procedures supporting the Warehouse and Customer.
Salary: £23,887 per annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 13:45pm-21:45pm.
Key Duties of a Stock & Systems Administrator:
1. Maintain existing customer relationships with regards to the processing of customer orders, forms and quotes.
2. Respond to a wide range of customer queries promptly, providing solutions where possible or escalating to Operations Supervisor as required.
3. Ensure customer & supplier information is kept up to date on the WMS system.
4. Communicate with customers via a variety of channels, including phone and email in an appropriate, professional manner.
5. Liaise with relevant departments – internal/external.
6. Update internal WMS system with account changes and notes.
7. Cross-check supplier activity against bookings.
8. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for lead time updates for orders.
9. Notify management of any non-compliant issues as they arise.
10. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
3. PC literate and experience in MS Excel.
4. Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
5. Pro-active and adaptable approach.
6. Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative.
7. Able to manage own workload effectively and prioritise.
8. Excellent customer service skills.
