Job Description
The QHSE Administrator provides administrative support to ensure quality, environment, health and safety standards are maintained, often focusing on tasks like document control, data management, and assisting with quality audits, while also acting as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
* Maintain and update Navantia UK Management System (NUK MS), including procedures, records and reports.
* Ensure the documentation submitted for approval is accurate and in line with company rules and procedures.
* Communicate to everyone when new or updated documents are released.
* Maintain and update the registers and the logs ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
* Order and track QHSE supplies to maintain inventory levels.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
* Assist with tasks like health and safety inspections and PPE supplies
* Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and provide support as required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an administrator, assistant, or relevant role.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (Work, Excel etc).
* Familiarity with office management procedures and Quality Management Systems.
* Organization - Ability to keep track of multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
* Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Technology Proficiency - in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management tools.
* Attention to Detail - High level of accuracy in handling administrative tasks and data entry.
