ProCook is on the hunt for a Head of Retail Operations to join our recipe for success The Main Ingredients: As our Head of Retail Operations, you'll be the master chef overseeing all operational aspects of our retail channel. You'll ensure our stores are stocked, prepped, and ready to serve up stellar sales and KPIs. Your Key Responsibilities (The Secret Sauce): Oversee coordination of store openings and refurbishments, liaising with key stakeholders across the business Analyse store trading, product, and process data to provide insights and drive improved KPI performance Coordinate actions across the business to support new and underperforming stores – and work in partnership with the Regional Managers and HR on underperforming individuals. Manage replenishment variables and delivery schedules to maintain optimum stock levels across all stores Oversee visual merchandising and display guidelines to ensure our stores look appetising Collaborate with Category Heads to achieve forecasted sales across all products Act as gatekeeper for store workload requests and oversee internal communications Ensure all retail processes and procedures are up-to-date, efficient, and clearly communicated Oversee retail training in partnership with the HR team Recruit, coach, and develop the retail operations team Deputise for the Retail Director when needed Requirements The Ideal Candidate: Experience in a similar role Skilled at interpreting data with strong Excel proficiency Proven experience in managing stock levels across multiple retail locations Track record of delivering projects on time and to budget Clear understanding of retail operations and in-store priorities Commercially astute with ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing teams Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Adaptable problem solver with a proactive "can-do" attitude Benefits Salary range: £60,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working: Mandatory – A minimum of three days per week in our Gloucester office (only candidates within a reasonable commuting distance will be considered) Bonus: Earn up to 10% bonus, based on both company and individual performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) Onsite Gym : Stay active and healthy with access to our fully equipped onsite gym, perfect for squeezing in a workout before or after work.
