Summary
NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting a General Maintenance Operative to provide a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) to join our prestigious contract at Southampton FC at St Mary's Stadium and the Staplewood Football Development & Support Centre.
This is a Monday to Friday 40 hour week.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
* Ensure work is undertaken in line with NG Bailey method statements and risk assessments and relevant safety legislation.
* Be part of the Maintenance Team supporting with delivery across the client estate during normal hours and out of hours where required.
* Maintain premises to exceptionally high standards through a proactive approach.
* Undertake repairs and maintenance of building fabric.
* Undertake painting and decorating as required to ensure high quality finish is maintained.
* Undertake routine checks and report findings.
* Develop a routine PPM schedule to maintain good fabric standards.
* Develop excellent working relationships with client staff through good customer service. Undertake ad-hoc duties within your skillset.
* Capable of working independently and completing all documentation.
What we’re looking for:
* City and Guilds from a trade or equivalent in Painting & Decorating.
* Previous experience working as a Fabric Technician in commercial and hospitality facilities.
* Capable of undertaking small projects with minimal supervision.
* Practical experience carrying out fabric related reactive and repair work.
* Full UK driving licence.
* IPAF, L8 Awareness, and PASMA (Desirable).
