The post holder will be responsible for maintaining and managing the diaries of the Divisional Leadership Team, using their initiative and judgment to prioritize and adjust the work schedule based on shifting priorities. Additionally, the role involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for meetings, including preparing agendas, transcribing formal minutes, and following up on actions. The Personal Assistant will also support the smooth running of the office, including managing annual leave, appraisals, and absence management. As the first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external queries, the post holder will ensure all are handled professionally. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday. The post is based at the Watford General site and requires the post holder to be onsite during working hours.
