What you'll be doing As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of Greencore's digital transformation, leading business analysis efforts to improve processes, systems, and data management, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations. You will: Analyse and optimise business processes, systems, and data flows across multiple functions, ensuring they align with food manufacturing best practices. Lead requirement gathering efforts, ensuring clear and well-documented business needs within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Define, plan, and prepare project capital requests, business benefits, and delivery plans for new ways of working in food production and supply chain operations. Identify and specify business solutions that improve performance and enhance decision-making, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing efficiency, compliance, and automation. Collaborate across IT, manufacturing, and operations teams to align priorities and facilitate smooth project execution. Ensure testing & training requirements are met, driving successful adoption of new initiatives in a manufacturing setting. Manage and lead small to medium-sized business process and solution-related projects, particularly those impacting production, logistics, and supply chain functions. Mentor and support junior analysts, sharing best practices to strengthen the business analysis function within a food production context. What we're looking for Proven experience in business analysis within a manufacturing environment, ideally in food production, FMCG, or a related industry. A deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiencies. Experience working with manufacturing IT systems such as ERP, MES, or supply chain management tools. Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and manufacturing technology, ensuring digital solutions support factory and production line improvements. Strong analytical mindset, with a structured and disciplined approach to problem-solving in a production environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with manufacturing teams, production managers, and operational leaders to influence business change. Experience in software testing, including planning, execution, and validation of business requirements before live implementation. Ability to mentor and coach others within the business analysis community. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical, operational, and business teams.
