Job Description LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR / PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency Location: Brighton, BN1 Salary: £28 k pro rata Position: Permanent – Part Time We are seeking an organised, experienced Lettings Administrator / Property Manager to join a local independent estate & lettings agent on a part-time basis. You will be a calm and unflappable person who can work in a pressurised environment; you will be able to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner. You will also have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both Landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way. The role is on a part-time basis with flexible working hours and based in the Brighton area but will be approximately 30 hours per week, either spread over 5 short days or possibly, 3 longer days. Previous experience of having worked within Residential Lettings is essential. The skills required for this Lettings Administrator / Property Manager role will include: Previous experience in Lettings Administration and/or Property Management High level of customer service skills Excellent telephone manner Stay calm under pressure Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload A confident team player Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations Car driver with full UK driving license is essential Previous ARLA qualification helpful The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the Brighton area who specialise in residential property.
