Responsibilities:
* Updating the HR system with new starters packs and conducting onboarding.
* Issuing employee contracts and ensuring legal compliance.
* Supporting HR managers with queries & general HR tasks as required.
* Assisting the finance department with payroll.
* Maintain policy, procedure and best practice guidance.
Requirements:
They are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is highly organised and someone who is able work well in a busy and fast paced environment. There is an emphasis on computer literacy within the role and the successful candidate must be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
