We are currently recruiting for an exciting and varied customer service role within a fast-paced environment on the outskirts of St Albans.
You will join a supportive and friendly team, where you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop in the future.
This is a varied customer service administration role that will suit ambitious and upbeat candidates with customer service administration experience. Graduates looking for their first role to kick start their career will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customer queries by phone and email
2. Setting up new customers
3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
4. Using the internal CRM system and MS Office
