We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work in an inner city SEMH provision school in Central Leeds.
This is a Full Time placement and will be to start ASAP until the end of the academic year, in the first instance, with a potential to be made permanent.
A successful Cover Supervisor, will be able to deliver a range of subjects in both KS3 and KS4.
Experience working with students with challenging behaviours would also be required for this role.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience of teaching in schools or supporting lessons in either a mainstream, provisional or special needs setting.
As a Cover supervisor, your main duties will include managing behaviour of the students, keeping children on task within lessons, effectively delivering the lesson to the class using all resources provided, reviewing lessons and reporting evidence back to the permanent teacher and collaborating with support staff to ensure all learning is successful.

Requirements
Honours Degree in relevant subject
A passion for success and quality teaching
2 x references from educational establishments
Evidence of an exemplary track record in classroom management
