Role Overview: As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the procurement team and contributing to the success of our community campaigns both in Italy and internationally. Your responsibilities will include managing suppliers based in Germany and France, selecting products, and performing data analytics, reporting, and analysis, all while communicating effectively in different languages as needed. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Management Support the Procurement Manager in their daily tasks. Reach out to both existing and new suppliers for company evaluation and product portfolio management. Identify new sources in countries that are participating in or running community and catalogue campaigns and assist in the onboarding process. Rewards Assist in product selection to meet the client's requirements. Manage the product portfolio, conduct price comparisons, and handle negotiations. Coordinate quality checks and ensure compliance with country-specific requirements. Analyse the post-campaign performance of suppliers. Stay updated on sourcing insights and product innovations. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyses on supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Evaluate product performance, identify bestsellers, and contribute to the development of strategies. Prepare reports and presentations for management purposes. Trilingual capabilities with fluency in Italian, English and German or French (mandatory) Prior experience in a similar role in the procurement, sourcing, trading, or retail industry at an entry level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven problem-solving abilities and a knack for "out of the box" thinking. Self-motivated, well-organised, and adaptable to a dynamic environment. A collaborative team player with the ability to work closely with suppliers. A creative thinker with a strong interest in innovation and emerging trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a can-do attitude.
