Main duties of the job The postholder will support the QII team to bring a culture of continuous improvement specifically the voice of experts by experience. This will see the postholder embedded in the QII team which will bring significant support and opportunities to stretch themselves. The role will entail training and acting as a source of expertise to improvement work. The ambition is to improve the number of projects and pieces of work that has experts by experience co-deigning and co-facilitating to promote the experience and voice of those who use our services.
