Role Responsibility This is an exciting opportunity to join The Adoption Partnership South East Panel Team. If you would like to be part of a busy team helping to support the adoption service, then this could be the position for you. There is an expectation that you would attend the office once a week. This role will require strong communication, organisation skills and an understanding of the needs of the children. You will have excellent attention to detail and be trained in how to use co-pilot to support adoption panels. You will have a good understanding of multi-agency work and be able to work well with our partner agencies. You must have strong IT skills to collate, manage and present data. You must be able to proactively manage your workload whilst responding to urgent requests and deadlines. You will also need to demonstrate a confident manner in liaising with the public, professionals, and organisations, often acting as a contact point for the service. We need someone with a calm and organised approach who can make a positive contribution to the success of the team. This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
