Job Title: Regional Environmental Team Leader
Salary: £45,000-£60,000

About the Role:
As a Regional Environmental Team Leader, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams working on nationally significant infrastructure and landscape-scale restoration projects. You'll oversee environmental assessments, ensure technical quality, and mentor team members while contributing to innovative projects like the South East Strategic Reservoir Option (SESRO).
About Our Client:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), SEA, WFD, HRA, and other environmental consents.
Review and approve environmental deliverables, driving technical excellence.
Oversee the regional environmental team, managing resources and mentoring team members.
Support business development efforts and tender processes.
Recruit, supervise, and provide pastoral care for the team.
What Our Client is Looking For:
A degree in an environmental-related field.
Chartered membership of a relevant professional institute (IEMA, CIWEM, etc.).
Strong understanding of EIA, sustainability, and consenting processes (planning, HRA, WFD).
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Commercial awareness and experience managing projects to budget and programme.
Experience in client-facing roles and building client relationships.
A full UK driving licence.
Consultancy experience is required; construction stage delivery experience is advantageous.
