Job summary The aim of this role is to build on the current practice of achieving healthy birth outcomes for babies who are born at Croydon Maternity Unit. The post-holder will be expected to spend 80% of time within the clinical setting. Working as part of the senior midwifery team, the post holder will contribute to the future development of the maternity service through participation of development initiatives. The post holder may be required to participate in management rota to provide out of hours support to the unit.
