Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Rovco are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding team. Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition; you will be pivotal in sourcing and attracting the highest calibre of talent for the organisation focused on roles within the offshore wind and renewable energy sectors.
Your expertise in navigating niche talent pools and your commitment to enhancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) will impact the quality of talent brought into the company.
By fostering relationships with candidates, the business, executing sourcing strategies, and championing candidate experience, you will contribute to a seamless end-to-end recruitment process that hits the targets required by the business. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions, including both onshore and offshore positions. Additionally, you will support the crewing of vessels when required with contract and offshore staff to ensure timely project mobilization.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

Provide input to and execute a comprehensive direct sourcing and attraction strategy.
o Support the generation & nurturing of talent pipelines for a diverse range of roles based domestically and internationally (with a focus on US & EU)
o Utilise various channels, including LinkedIn and social media, to source and provide shortlisted candidates meeting role requirement
o Develop close relationships with the business to support operational resourcing activities
o Collaborate effectively with People team members and hiring managers for a seamless recruitment-to-onboarding process.
o Track and analyse recruitment data, demographics, and pipeline to inform future recruitment processes.
o Support the DEI strategy by ensuring that our sourcing & attraction strategy are reaching diverse talent pools.
