As we continue to expand our presence in the EMEA region, we are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as the Enterprise Solutions EMEA Clinical Adviser.
Position Summary: You will be responsible for delivering and developing clinical education, training, and events for the ES EMEA. Alongside the Global Clinical Affairs team and ES EMEA Country Heads, this role will contribute to the delivery of world-class high quality and engaging learning experiences that support commercial growth and the ES strategy. Working with internal and external stakeholders, this role will contribute to the ES Academy curriculum, events and activities, and associated partner courses.
Your responsibilities involve: a combination of clinical expertise, stakeholder engagement, feedback management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and support for educational initiatives, clinical content development, and global standards. The Enterprise EMEA Clinical Advisor will be part of the Clinical Affairs Team and will report directly to the DSO EMEA Head of Clinical Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Expertise and Guidance:
* Serve as a trusted clinical advisor, providing expert guidance on implant dentistry and industry best practices to healthcare professionals and teams.
* Cultivate a strong professional network to exchange insights, share best practices, and advance knowledge in implant and digital dentistry solutions.
* Stay at the forefront of implantology by monitoring the latest research, advancements, and trends, ensuring this knowledge is effectively integrated and shared within the organization.
* Design, deliver, and continuously refine high-impact training programs and curricula, incorporating feedback and best practices to elevate clinical skills.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop cutting-edge educational content that enhances the T&E offering to Enterprise customers.
2. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
* Collaborate with global and regional ES Clinical Affairs teams to develop and implement strategic plans for implantology services across ES.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in implantology practices and recommend solutions.
* Continuously monitor, assess, and refine implantology programs and initiatives to maximize impact, ensuring alignment with industry advancements and organizational goals.
3. Data Support and Clinical Materials:
* Ensure clinical case collection to support reports and promote materials inside Global Enterprise Academy.
* Promote and ensure clinical discussion inside the Academy.
* Ensure the EMEA region is following the metrics for feedback collection for online and in-person courses.
Education/Professional Experience:
* Active Professional Registration: DDS, BDS, DMD, or an equivalent degree in Dentistry.
* UK/EU Registration: Must hold professional registration within the UK or EU.
* Advanced Qualifications Preferred: MSc, PhD, or postgraduate certification in implant or restorative dentistry is highly desirable.
* Extensive Clinical Experience: 5+ years in clinical practice, specializing in dental implants and implant-supported restorative solutions.
* Leadership & Education Experience: Previous or current experience in a senior clinical role or clinical education is advantageous.
* Expertise in Implant & Restorative Solutions: Deep technical knowledge with the ability to transform complex concepts into impactful educational content.
* Global Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to work effectively across regional and global teams, ensuring consistency and excellence in educational standards.

* Fluent in English (Business Level): Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
