We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Business Analyst to join our customers Electrified Systems Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic business analysis and lead budget alignment activities while supporting engineering order processes. Your contributions will ensure seamless coordination between Electrified Powertrain Engineering (EPE) teams and North America (FNA). Job Title: Lead Business Analyst - Electrified Systems Engineering Location: Dunton area (minimum 2 days per week onsite, Wednesday & Thursday) Contract Type: 9-Month Contract (Inside IR35) Key Responsibilities: - Support GPIRS, ARIBA, and Aurora ordering for EPE, ensuring alignment with FNA EPE budgets. Review and align yearly budgets with FNA, agreeing on NSPS/material budgets. Coordinate monthly budget reporting, deployment, risk assessment, and workload versus headcount tracking. Provide chief-level business metrics and support spend planning for CIB orders. Align timing for business review meetings, including TVM, MPIM, TDR, and BPR. Chair MPIM meetings and chief-level TDR and BPR reviews. Lead program resource estimation activities using GARRP and PT Program Resource Estimation. Manage ISO documentation, including MDL, DRIM, and departmental training records. Maintain program look-ahead and health chart documentation as well as launch support plans. Skills and Qualifications: Required: Degree in an Engineering discipline or substantial progress toward formal studies with commitment to completion, or equivalent experience Knowledge of current EV technologies and components. Ability to work independently with a demonstrated track record Proficiency in GPDS processes Experience Required: Previous experience in a Product Development (PD) business office or budget/resource planning role. Strong oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent team building and leadership abilities. Additional Information: This position is confirmed inside IR35 and requires a minimum of two onsite working days per week (Wednesday and Thursday)
