Role: SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Continues into the new academic year
Part-Time: 3 days per week
Qualifications: NASENCo and QTS required
Aspire People is delighted to announce a rewarding opportunity for an experienced SENDCo to join a supportive primary school in Stourbridge. This part-time position requires a committed professional to work 3 days per week, starting as soon as possible and continuing into the new academic year.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified SENDCo: Must hold the NASENCo qualification.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Proven experience in supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.
* Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.
* Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing SEND provision across the school.
* Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND.
* Coordinating with teachers, support staff, and external specialists to ensure effective support for all SEND pupils.
* Providing training and support to staff on SEND best practices and strategies.
* Monitoring and evaluating the progress of SEND students, adjusting strategies as needed.
