Hours of work: 41 weeks (term-time only)
Working Pattern 1: Monday – 9:30 – 17:00 (7 hours taking in to account 30 minute lunch break)
Tuesday to Thursday – 10:30 – 17:00 (6 hours taking in to account 30 minute lunch break)
We are seeking a Student Services Assistant in Student Services at our Coulsdon Campus who will contribute to providing high quality support to students to ensure their time at College is the best it can be. Our Student Services department is an exceptional place to work, with staff working proactively and collaboratively to empower students to make the most of their time at college and go on to achieve their potential.
You will be part of the team providing responsive, accurate and highly efficient frontline support, including administration, bursary and front of house services, ensuring students can fully participate in college life and contributing to a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.
With a good level of customer service experience, highly efficient administrative skills and a proven ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage changing priorities, you will be a strong team player committed to contributing to an outstanding experience for students.
