We are looking to recruit motivated, customer focused individuals to join our Customer Services team. You will be deal with all customer interactions (face to face and telephone) with the aim where possible to resolve them at first point of contact. You will have experience of working in a customer service office environment with excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer care and good ICT skills. You will join a hard-working and flexible team and be given full training in all aspects of the services we deliver.
