Job Description
Role: Cyber Security Operations Manager
Location: UK Remote
Must Have SC Clearance
This is a contract-based job for 6 months which can be extendable.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Operations Manager to drive strategic and operational program management, act as a subject matter expert, and bridge the gap between customers and sales teams. This role is a hybrid function that blends program management, customer engagement, cybersecurity expertise, and business strategy to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, reporting capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to manage complex environments. The function will support global clients, requiring international experience and multilingual capabilities to succeed in diverse business landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management (Strategic & Operational)
* Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
* Drive strategic planning and operational efficiency within solution delivery frameworks.
* Manage complex, cross-functional environments, balancing business, technical, and customer priorities.
* Act as a trusted advisor and cybersecurity subject matter expert for clients.
* Work closely with global clients to understand their challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Lead customer-facing discussions, presenting and communicating complex solutions effectively.
Sales & Business Connection
* Collaborate with sales teams to support solution positioning and pre-sales engagements.
* Provide technical expertise to sales, ensuring solutions align with business and security objectives.
* Help define go-to-market strategies and drive client adoption of proposed solutions.
Analytical, Reporting & Communication
* Develop and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and performance insights for stakeholders.
* Utilize strong analytical skills to assess data, trends, and operational impact.
* Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in program management with a focus on strategic and operational execution.
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and risk management.
* Ability to manage complex global client environments and multi-stakeholder engagements.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills—able to convey technical and business insights effectively.
* Experience working in international markets with a global client base.
* Multilingual capabilities (highly preferred) to support diverse client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in enterprise security architecture, risk management, or compliance.
* Prior experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of cloud, AI, or security frameworks is an advantage.
