Our brand new children’s home in Marcham is looking for a number of Residential Support Workers to join their team and be part of something special.
With help from your Manager, and a team of passionate Support Workers you will be working alongside children in a residential setting who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may face.
Our young people, aged between 7 and 17 display emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.
When you join us, you will be working to a rota working 38 hours per week which will be completed as shifts including long days and sleep-ins, over 3 days each week.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications and experience are always welcome but aren’t necessary to join us as a Residential Support Worker.
While working at Gratia Cura, you will be supported to gain a qualification in Residential Childcare, which will help to ensure you can carry out your work to the highest standard and support you in career progression.
