Hands-on involvement in day-to-day maintenance activities, diagnostics, and repairs. Coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices to enhance site performance. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an M&E Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
