About the Role
As a BMS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of our building management systems. Your expertise will help create comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient environments for occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Design and Configuration: Analyse unique building requirements and design BMS solutions tailored to control various aspects, including HVAC systems, lighting, access control, energy management, and fire safety.
* Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly inspect and maintain BMS equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly, address alarms, sensor failures, and system malfunctions.
* Data Analysis and Optimization: Collect data from sensors throughout the building, analyse energy consumption patterns and equipment performance, make informed decisions to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
* Collaboration: Work closely with facility managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders, provide technical guidance on BMS-related matters, coordinate system upgrades and enhancements.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure BMS systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards, monitor fire alarms, gas leak detection, and emergency systems, contribute to occupant safety and well-being.
