GI Group are now seeking to appoint an Administrative Coordinator to our public sector client based in Bath. The Administrative Coordinator will support an Institute within an education establishment. They provide administrative and financial administration support to members of the institute and their activities.
Main Duties of the Administrative Coordinator:
Manage diaries for directors and make necessary booking and travel arrangements.
Act as the first point of contact for all queries and requests
Manage and complete various administrative tasks to agreed deadlines
Monitor budgets to ensure that these remain on track to keep within budget at the financial year-end
Take responsibility for the financial administration of accounts, using Agresso
Provide financial data and other management information as necessary
Ensure that expenses claimed are done so in accordance with the appropriate policiesRole Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills
Extensive experience in financial and general administration
Experienced user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word, and other digital platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Google Forms.
Experience of diary management for persons in demanding roles
