1. Position: Call Centre Advisor
2. Salary: £22,308
3. Location: Worthing
4. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm working every other Saturday, 9am to 2pm
No experience required. A great opportunity within financial services and Insurance, to join a fast paced and ever growing company in the Worthing area. This Customer Service role will be based in a small call centre and consists of a high volume of inbound calls from customers, arranging travel insurance cover for new and existing customers, helping them with post purchase queries and amendments. Excellent Customer Service skills, such as a great telephone manner and a willingness to work in a high volume call centre role is all that’s required.
Job duties:
5. Answering customer medical queries around holiday insurance
6. Converting enquiries and existing quotes into sales
7. Sending documents when requested via post or email
8. Updating customers with any changes in the company guidelines
9. Other ad-hoc duties
Skills & experience required:
10. Excellent written and verbal communication
11. Ideally previous call centre experience (not essential as training will be given)
12. Previous Customer Service experience from any background such as retail & hospitality
