Finance Systems Manager / Lead Systems Accountant
Salary: Up to £80k per year
Location: East Midlands (2 days on-site)
Role Overview:My client are seeking a Finance Systems Manager / Lead Systems Accountant to spearhead the development of their core financial system and integrate it into a new ERP solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance and streamline workflows within the Hyperion system.
Improve Hyperion's reporting functionality to support the Better Data Project.
Conduct regular data cleansing for better auditing and archiving.
Develop online financial reporting and support for HQ, budget holders, and sites.
Lead and build a more efficient month-end process for Head Office and site finance teams.
Develop efficient general IT/Finance processes.
Create process documents for all finance systems and provide regular training/workshops.
Serve as the first point of contact for finance systems.
Collaborate with Global Process Owners on the Fusion project to standardise financial data structures, Chart of Accounts, and reporting hierarchies.
Understand and improve the Hyperion structure and configuration.
Resolve issues related to the mapping and input from site local finance systems to Hyperion.
Support ad hoc requests related to financial systems within Group Finance.
