Express Recruitment are proud to work in partnership with a reputable local organisation, who are seeking an individual who’s well-versed in handling insurance claims from members of the public. Our client is looking to recruit a candidate who’s knowledgeable about negligence policies, as you’ll be given the opportunity to manage your own Claims cases from start to finish.
The position is office based initially, however there are local transport routes available as it’s based in the heart of Leicester City Centre. Future hybrid working opportunities may be available, and the team also finish early on a Friday!
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with third parties via telephone, including Loss Adjusters, claimants and legal teams
* Arrange and attend interviews and meetings with claimants
* Review, investigate and provide evidence for insurance claims
* Ensure all insurance claims are prepared for court deadlines
* Identify risks and provide guidance for claimants
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience of managing insurance claims (motor, employee liability, public liability)
* Able to provide an excellent customer service
* Demonstrate a polite and professional telephone manner
* Competent with bespoke IT systems with fast and accurate data entry skills
* Proactive and positive attitude and a desire to maintain high standards
