About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Email Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and optimise high-performing email campaigns. You’ll play a key role in building meaningful customer journeys through thoughtful segmentation, compelling content, and robust testing frameworks.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help bring email campaigns to life—driving engagement, conversions, and retention. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong marketing automation experience, excellent communication skills, and a flair for turning insights into action.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute email campaigns with effective segmentation, cadence, and testing strategies.
2. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and internal brand standards.
3. Own and maintain the email campaign calendar, manage timelines, and coordinate reviews and approvals.
4. Work within marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) to set up campaigns and ensure smooth lead flow and data integration.
5. Support and train new stakeholders, offering guidance through the campaign creation process and maintaining email documentation.
6. Integrate email strategy with other digital channels such as social media, paid media, and content marketing.
7. Run A/B tests and analyse performance metrics to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
8. Identify areas for innovation and optimisation in nurture programmes and lifecycle email campaigns.
About You:
1. Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
2. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies.
3. Excellent project management skills – able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Collaborative and confident communicator, comfortable working with global cross-functional teams.
5. Skilled in data analysis with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics.
6. Experience with Marketo is highly desirable; familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) is a bonus.
7. Proactive, independent, and solutions-focused approach.
