We are seeking a Project Support Administrator to become an integral part of a project team working on critical infrastructure improvements. This is an initial 12-month contract, Monday to Friday, based near Corfe Castle, Dorset. (Wytch Farm) MUST BE A DRIVER Role Overview You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a significant project at one of the UK's most important oil and gas production sites. The project involves managing the integrity of key infrastructure and encompasses phases such as option selection, vendor engagement, detailed engineering, and site execution. Key Responsibilities Your tasks will include Attending progress meetings to take minutes and track actions. Maintaining and updating action trackers and document registers, ensuring version control. Tracking supplier deliverables and ensuring quality assurance documentation is completed. Supporting the maintenance of project schedules and materials lists. Assisting with procurement processes, including raising and expediting purchase orders. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have a strong background in project administration, demonstrating excellent organisational and team-working skills. Be proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
