Purpose of the role
* Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
* Interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care, managing Plastic and Oncoplastic breast surgeons.
* Manage consignment across your territory and collection of PO’s for Mentor products.
* Develop comprehensive business plans focusing on high value opportunities to grow and develop new businesses.
* Manage and develop accounts and own clinical and commercial relationships, ensuring alignment of efforts to maximize impact.
* Share key insights from the marketplace to shape future business plans.
* Ensure competence in Breast Reconstruction and Breast Augmentation focus areas to effectively promote our product portfolio.
* Act as an ambassador for Johnson & Johnson MedTech aligned to our Credo.
What to Expect
Account Planning
* Analyze and interpret account strategies and plans utilizing key systems and data.
* Develop, deploy and maintain tactical account business plans that align to business and customer objectives.
* Prepare appropriate plans to meet customers to deliver on account plans and milestones.
Selling
* Build a strong network of relationships to identify mutually beneficial opportunities to sell key technologies.
* Present brand value propositions and solutions to positively influence buying behaviors.
Professional Education and Marketing
* Lead customer education activities.
* Partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain KOL relationships.
Clinical Expertise
* Understand technical information pertinent to the procedure and product platform.
* Maintain up-to-date market and industry knowledge.
Who will you be working with:
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices to deliver your business plan, reporting directly to the Mentor National Sales Manager.
